The most up to date 2-tank technology with clear rinse.
For the clear rinse, only fresh solvent is used, which is automatically
supplied to the wash tank. This has two substantial advantages:
- the screen rinsed are absolutely clean
- the wash tank is automatically freshened
The integrated tanks are equipped with electric submerged pumps
of the most up to date design. These are characterised by their
robust construction.
The unit is fully prepared for integration of the vacuum
reclaiming unit VAKUTEC 50;
In explosion proofed design with separate switch cabinet for
assembly outside of the EX-Area. Wash program with freely programmable
wash cycle, rinse cycle and solvent-saving drip off time.
Exhaust fans for automatic extraction of solvent vapour when
the loading door are opened.
Simple feeding with pull-out frame.
Rotating spray bars on both sides with quick change nozzle system
for effective cleaning of both sides of the screen.
Filter tray for solvent.
